Due to new regulations in the area of personal data protection, resulting from the Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation), new obligations have been imposed on the personal data controller to ensure adequate protection of the processed personal data.
