ANTISTATIC MEASUREMENTS<\/strong><\/h1> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Conducting antistatic flooring tests is absolutely required in rooms where it is necessary to ensure complete protection against static electricity, i.e. at workplaces with sensitive electronic equipment, where accumulating static charges can cause interference with device operation, as well as in explosion-hazard zones. Ensuring the anti-static properties of floors or carpets will provide effective protection when handling electronic measuring and control equipment, diagnostic apparatus, telecommunications devices, control systems, and computers.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

According to the guidelines of the POLISH COMMITTEE FOR STANDARDIZATION, the standard PN-92\/E-05203 “Protection against static electricity” Materials and products used in facilities and areas at risk of explosion. Methods for testing electrical resistivity and leakage resistance. “indicates, in order to ensure full protection against the accumulation of static electricity on the surface of floors, floor coverings, mats, carpets, etc., the need to perform measurements at the following time intervals”:<\/p>

  • the first measurement should be performed after 4 weeks from the installation of the floor (flooring, carpet, etc.),<\/li>
  • subsequent measurements at annual intervals.<\/li><\/ul>

    As a result of the above considerations, our company proposes conducting anti-static measurements of the floors.<\/p>

    The tests and measurements are conducted using equipment that meets regulatory requirements and has up-to-date calibration or verification certificates, employing methods in accordance with current standards and regulations<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
