Micro-installation for companies

Micro-installation for companies

What is a micro-installation

Micro-installation
is a renewable energy source installation with a total installed electrical capacity of no more than 50 kW, connected to an electrical grid with a rated voltage of less than 110 kV.

Micro-installation for notification

Connect the micro-installation in the so-called Notification procedure if:

  • you use the electricity for your own needs – you are the final consumer,
  • you plan to connect a micro-installation with a capacity of up to 50 kW to your indoor installation,
  • the installed capacity of the micro-installation does not exceed the connection capacity, which is specified in
your Distribution Service Agreement or Comprehensive Agreement.

Documents required for notifying a micro-installation

What documents do I need to notify a photovoltaic micro-installation in a company:

  1. Electrical installation diagram of the facility:
A signed diagram must be prepared, including device parameters, the address of the micro-installation, and the technical specifications of the equipment.
  2. Technical specifications
This is a set of documents which must include:
    • performance and operational characteristics of the connected devices, installations or network,
    • technical specifications and data sheets of the generating and converting equipment.
  3. Equipment certificate
Your equipment must comply with the requirements of the NC RfG (Network Code on Requirements for Grid Connection).
  4. Power of Attorney
