Every individual whose data is processed has the right to obtain information about the rules for processing and securing data, as well as the control of their processing, based on Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Ośrodek Pomiarów i Automatyki S.A. will not transfer your personal data to a third country or international organization.
  • You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, its rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing. You also have the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the legality of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).
  • If you believe that Ośrodek Pomiarów i Automatyki S.A., as the data controller, processes your data in a manner that violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, you have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  • Providing your personal data is mandatory to the extent required by law, while it is voluntary for other purposes.
