MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Ośrodek Pomiarów i Automatyki S.A. holds a certified Integrated Management System compliant with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 14001:2015 and PN-ISO 45001:2018 standards in the field of design work, inspection and measurement, and repairs in the fields of electrical power equipment, drive systems and industrial automation, as well as repairs of hoisting equipment including work within shafts. The organization also issues expert opinions in accordance with granted authorizations.

The implementation of the Integrated Management System in the company has improved the efficiency of its resource use through effective management. The system, which has been in operation since 1997, has been continuously improved and thus allows for effective and simultaneous management of multiple aspects of the company, including the establishment and implementation of a unified policy for quality management, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety.

The Integrated Management System at OPA S.A. is based on the standards:

PN-EN ISO 9001:2015

Quality management systems: it defines the requirements for a company aiming to demonstrate its ability to continuously provide products and services that meet customer requirements and comply with applicable regulations, as well as to increase customer satisfaction.

EN ISO 14001:2015

Environmental management systems: it defines the requirements for compliance with relevant environmental regulations and also standardizes the development of strict internal procedures for environmental protection. The system takes into account the principles for controlling and managing of processes to optimize the impact on the natural environment, in line with the company’s sustainable development goals.

PN-ISO 45001:2018

Occupational health and safety management systems: it specifies the requirements for actions taken in the field of occupational health and safety. It also outlines the principles that enable a company to minimize and monitor risks to employees, prevent hazards at the source, implement new technical solutions, replace hazardous materials with safer alternatives, improve the existing occupational health and safety management system and ensure proper working conditions.
